Between the four casters classes.
Which class is actually the most gear dependent?

Yeah your life will be a bit more butt-clenching without gear as an Ench, with lower HP and more charm breaks (inb4 charisma affecting charm brigade). But you can still do some at-level CR nekkid if you have to.

I say wizard.
All three other classes can still do basically anything they normally can do when they are butt naked. A wizard can hardly nuke down a green con without running out of mana if he doesn't have his int and mp gear on. Sure, no/poor gear makes the others (especially chanter, without clicky to refresh gems or goblin ring) more annoying to play, less effective, and more risky... but they CAN still play. The wiz is basically only useable in groups (which won't exactly be jumping at the chance to invite naked wizard to join them) or as a port bot if he has no gear.

Concur with Tecmos. Quadding/Nuking a mob down depends solely on mana. It is much harder to quad mobs that give good exp when your mana pool is smaller. The margin for error/resists gets smaller, as does the amount of exp you can milk out of a full mana bar - which is nice if you're semi-afk playing a wizard.

charm efficiency is mostly on level difference, cha only contributes a small portion
try charming a krup knight at lvl 55 with 255 cha, u'll know what im talking about

Of course, no one really brought it up, either, seeing as it's irrelevant to this thread. Edit - in the vein of irrelevancy, I'm now somewhat motivated to get some -cha items and see how charms hold with 0 charisma instead of 255, ceteris paribus.

Also note, charisma gear is relatively cheap.
