This is 100% true and happens in every LC guild. Unless you're a subservient good boy listening to the LC, helping them whenever they need it, not questioning their methods, you don't see shit. Blah blah blah it's not all about the loot, sure that's true, but it's a pretty good way to feel rewarded and progress your char.
