I'm and aight cook, I guess. Here's some things I made. They might not look the best but they always eat well.
Looks delicious.

Love cooking with mushrooms, for one they contain MSG which makes everything taste better.

Mushroom sauces are amazing.

Excellent! It is such a rewarding thing to do. With the youtube, etc, it is certainly a great way to learn something without having to shell out a ton of cash for formal training. Keep up the good work!

I've been cooking for years, but am not the greatest food photographer.

Experimenting with NY Style dough (getting there but needs more practice (I am not a baker))

My bartender game has been seriously upgraded over the last couple years:

Cooking is an essential skill that everyone should know how to do.

Sure, but I applaud those that are late starters for whatever reason. It's never too late to learn.

I have been home cooking for decades and decades. I never go out and I make EVERY meal by scratch for the most part. I do not buy package things unless I have to. That said, OP please stop using non-stick pans, they are TERRIBLE for your health. Otherwise, great thread. And yes as someone else said, cooking is an essential skill (that many do not have).

Non stick is fine as long as you are not going above 400 degrees or scratching the teflon off with metal utensils.

Get yourself a smoker - Its a lot of fun (albeit time consuming and a little expensive)
