Foreman Ku'Lul loot table

Can Chardok nameds ever drop no loot? Have been camping Foreman Ku'lul since patch day and haven't gotten a Boneshear yet, but have seen him drop nothing.

Also haven't seen the prayer beads from him.

Just bad luck?
