I made all my money for spells from vendor drops. I’m not too familiar with streamfront other than the northeast part of the zone which has a great spot for level 10ish where there are a few towers protected by a lone guard with TONS of spawning skeletons and pumas. The skeletons have rusty weapons and cloth armor you can sell and there is a vendor right there in one of the towers, so no worry about weight. And if you get adds on you, you can just run them over to the patrolling guard (although he can be slow to react and has watched me die at his feet, I started spam “hail”ing him after that hoping it gets him to react faster)

Other than that there’s kobold camps in other parts of steamfront that are lower level (around 6 I believe) that drop weapons and cloth armor

Then there is crushbone orc camps in gfaydark nearby where you can collect a bunch of belts then turn those in to a quest giver who will give raw hide armor for each one which sells well to vendors
