This spell is 750 mana in the Kunark spdat and 850 mana in the Velious.

Can't say I was getting chain earth pet rooted on live (EVER) so I can't comment on torpor.

As far as Malo/DMF, I don't recall that pal. It mighta been some goof up after their post Luclin/PoP spell changes. No comment other than that though.

Splurt removes the druid "skin" buff with hp regeneration on them, on red 99.

It should stack with everything in game, it has no stacking issue on al'kabor.

4 targets AOE spells(pillars/lightning blast) have no max range for it to land.

IE: you start pillar of frost on a bard that selos way out in the distance, its gonna land everytime.

Yep, also druid "Blizzard" has this same no range check at the end of the cast, perhaps the entire line i dno.
