case sensitive FS - p1999 broken patch files v55 - "spells file is outdated"

So how can I get these patch files to work? Everything is running as planned, but I still get the infamous "Your spells file is outdated. ..........." message when logging in.

The wiki mentions two files that were misnamed in v53 and I've corrected these (still wrong name in v55) but still I get the spells file message.

These are over a thousand files...I can't possibly compare them manuall one by one to validate.

Thyere not misnamed, you need to get the patch v55 files from the home page on the forums here and extract those to your eq folder

Alright....I just renamed them the wrong way. Working now, but the patchfiles are still wrong, pls fix for anyone having these problems after me (with steam deck approaching, probably a bunch).

They are. The DSETUP.dll is still named dsetup.dll in the patchfilev55, same as the loadscreen.JPG is named loadscreen.jpg in /Resources/
