I vote yes, I'm very interested in doing pure 32k raids without velious gear. Not that my vote changes anything, but I'd like to keep at trak/vs/overland dragons/VP without velious gear for a while. 7 years was too long I imagine, but 1 is fine.

I'd like to nominate we extend kunark for 7 years.
Relive the classic blue experience!

I think it's a bad idea to extend kunark on green, P99 Blue was in kunark for 7 years.
This had several negative side effects on the server. More level 60s, plat inflation and more raid geared characters. This means when Velious came out, people quickly rushed for end game content because many had multiple level 60s that were kunark twinked. I believe 4-5 months extra in kunark would affect the classic feel of velious.

Following the classic timeline as closely as possible is what I'm hopeful of.
Voted in the poll

Edit: Epics come out at the end of kunark, meaning if kunark was extended more people could get their epics before velious.
This would be NOT CLASSIC and I now believe OP has ulterior motives.
By adding 4 months, that would more than double the number of epics/raid loot on p99 green when velious comes out compared to the classic timeline.
(Apr 2021 Epic | Jul 2021 Velious)

Edit2: This would also mean extending the hybrid exp penalty for another 4 months. Yuck!
there is a small difference between 4 months and 7 years....

Kunark adds so much content for all level ranges, including the additional ten levels from 50-60, I do think it feels weird that it lasts less time than classic. Obviously on blue it was too long but I don't blame the devs for that, they have a hell of a job. An additional 4 months I don't think is going to make or break a classic experience for people when green velious launches.

But there is a big difference between reading one line of my post and the entire post.
I stand by everything I said in that post.

Let's keep shit classic, trivializing day 1 of velious (again) is not classic.
As I stated, the number of epics and raid loot in game would be double+ compared to classic day 1 of velious.
If you look at Epic Era - Velious Launch is a critical transitioning period for velious.. Many raiders are already collecting epic quest items so they can speed through it as quick as possible.

--un-related--
Not everyone will get their epic on green Deal With It.
