Default Logging in and crashing issues

Let me start off by saying I'm computer illiterate.

I've always had issues logging in but more so now since the patch.

Last few evenings it takes at least 30 attempts to login to the game, usually crash loading into game but also get empty server selects and a little more rarely I'll get empty char selects. I also crash 9/10 times while zoning then back to 30ish attempts to login before I can get in again. It took over 30 mins to go from SG to SS and then over to DN. 30 mins!

In the day I load in just fine and rarely crash zoning although it happens.

I still start the game by starting EQ Emu and right click to launch EQ. I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it but I can't find a Launch Titanium as its listed on the getting started page.

Any help would be appreciated.

bump, anyone have any suggestions of where I can start?

I had these issues way back and I was able to fix them by opening my firewall to EQ etc but thats no longer the problem.

This makes the game unplayable for me.
