Character Texture Update

I'm adding on to the same file every time so each update includes all the previous textures. The froglok textures are on their on file though so those do have to be downloaded separately.

I haven't gotten any reactions to anyone using them though so I'm starting to wonder if anyone has even tried them out. They should, they look awesome in game.

This is a great project. I would be happy if just all the faces were of better quality since they don't change like armor.

I wanted to make sure I was doing textures that people would get the most use out of so I checked out Project 1999 Population Database. I took the info there and broke all the race armor types into 7 groups based off of population to give me a better idea of what characters people were playing. All the robes aren't finished yet so I'll start with those then I'm going to start at the highest group and go down. The one in italics have already been done.

Not sure how I'm going to handle the male/female versions. I'll start with the males but I'm not sure if I'll do the females at the same time or come back to them later.
