NPC Spawn Issue: Grahm Embersmith missing in High Keep

Grahm Embersmith is currently missing in High Keep on P99. He is an ore and dye merchant added in the Sept 19, 2000 tradeskill expansion patch.

medium quality sheet metal, block/brick/small brick medium quality ore, smithy hammer, How to Dye and Stain, jar of lacquer, resin, empty vial, jar of acid

This confirms his inventory and when he was added.

Faction and Location
Unsurprisingly, Grahm is on the "Highpass Merchants" faction. Though it appears he was erroneously added to "Highhold Citizens" initially.

He is faction "Highhold Citizens". I will change him to faction "Highpass Merchants" like the merchant standing next to him.

Speaking of Miner Harton... He appears to be selling an unlimited supply of Small Bricks of Unrefined Ore. These were added to various goblins (including the nearby Pickclaw goblins) in 2002 along with the unrefined ore quest.

Whenever the vendor in PoK runs out of HQ ore, I just hop down to Highpass Keep via Misty Thicket, Rivervale, and Kithicore, buy 4 blocks of unrefined ore from one of the vendors in the keep basement (close to pickclaws.. they almost always have them from players selling them) for 7 plat each, put em in the box, combine, and gate back to PoK to turn them in. I even make money doing it.

So the vendors would have the ores from players looting them off the goblins and selling them.

To be changed
- Add Grahm Embersmith and flag him for Sept 2000.
- Remove Small Bricks of Unrefined Ore from Miner Harton (and any other vendor inventories if that's easily searchable).
