I judge folks based upon their individual character

Truman was a decent dem. he had a plaque on his desk that read 'the buck stops here' and tried to govern by that motto. his intentions were good and he had good intentions for the country. He also recognized the state of Israel.

Federal doesn't control elections, except for the VRA and other minor impositions. As somebody from upstate ny, I can confirm nobody gives a shit what happens in literally the entire rest of the state that's not NYC. Even the capital, albany, nobody gives a shit about.

Also "Election fraud happens because of technicalities that make the fraud okay." is a very different argument than "most secure election in history".

A non-citizen vote is a fraudulent vote. Illegal votes are a slap in the face to legal americans sure, but they're particularly galling to *legal* immigrants who often come from countries where you never get to vote for anything.

Dems like that they won the presidency under a bunch of wacky, short term changes related to covid that they now want to make permanent. It's such a clear power grab.
