Default Harmony

Harmony was working great up until a few days ago. It's supposed to be unresistable:

http://wiki.project1999.com/Harmony

Several times over the past few days, I've cast Harmony on mobs spaced apart in Mistmoore. In game it looks like they're a few meters apart. I pull the closer mob with a non-AE ranged attack, and sometimes both mobs are pulled. This includes pulling the front two initiates near the pond while standing on the entrance ramp.

It doesn't happen every time, but previously it would only happen if I did something dumb, such as pulling a mob through another mob, bad pathing taking one mob through another, or trying to separate mobs that we're practically touching. Now it happens occasionally even in optimal conditions.

Anyone else seeing the same thing?

I have also noticed lulls sporadically not working as intended and resistable lulls resisting way more often than usual since this patch. Can't confirm anything, but I have similar suspicions.
