Probably only matters to the fitness community, but turns out the viral sensation and pro-carnivore diet caveman lifestyle the Liver King was a fake natty all along

Not only was he secretly on PED’s (like so many people suspected), but he was on $15,000/month worth of them. Growth hormone peptides are expensive, yo. But he was also shooting test and winstrol

And he could have gotten away with the lie that he was natural to sell his supplements a lot easier, if he didn’t get so goddamn greedy on his physique and push it to where almost no one believed he was natty anymore

Hell yea that looks delish

I’m a big fan of gyms because it’s hard to hit all the little muscles with any amount of variance with home equipment only (doable but hard)

Sweet potatoes are where it’s at. Here’s my power lunch today. Sweet potato, onion, and marinaded chicken breast.

Really wish I could get the wife to eat sweet potatoes or squash. So many dimensions of flavor.

Love me some squash. Made butternut squash soup last week for a holiday party. Was a hit in the cold weather. Shits good for you too!
