Any Arm Wrestling fans? Got myself into arm wrestling over the last 6 months or so.. Super excited for the matches coming up!!! The more i learn and watch the more fascinated i am.. The technique, the raw power, the training.. All of it i find interesting.. Anyways, here's to the man- Devon Larratt, hoping he gets that W!!!

Ripped off some more runs, last two 3 mile runs are under 8 minute pace so I'm happy there. Going to try and tear off a longer run this week, looking to target 5+ miles under 40 minutes.

Probiotics are always essential for gut health and digestion. I prefer taking a pill every day. I drink a lot of kefir and kevita. The main thing is doing it consistently / daily since they don’t stay very long in our gut.

Generally speaking most people eating "super foods" are pretty health conscious with a decent diet. But you can still max out on probiotics, vitamins, and minerals and still be a fat and unhealthy. So just incorporating fermented foods and shots of wheat grass aren't going to do much for you if you're still eating mass amounts of carbs and no exercise.

lost like 8lbs in glycogen reserves since mid-march! highly malleable situation but I am near goal weight already, after 10 days of good behavior. Lol.

I'm forgetting to eat and having trouble with lifting things / holding my arm over my head that I don't notice and forget to attribute to lack of Kcals, but that's fine. I'm getting way more in touch with how my body responds to food for energy. I think food was always more or less a drug for me. Not starving by any means, but calories are way down.
