Game Mechanics: Bellycasting Non-existant and Jorelleag Unlimited Mana

Currently there are two major mechanical bugs lingering on P99:

Bellycasting has ceased to exist and Jorelleag has unlimited mana pool regeneration.

Bellycasting was removed to fix the change from a previous patch but it should be in the game. Its a very classic mechanic and without it, you have trivialized many encounters and this affects Green/Teal as well.

Fire Giants a notoriously classic bellycaster mob are now laughably easy as you can snare or root them from max range without worry. You can nuke and debuff Lady Vox or Lord Nagafen at range now as they are former bellycaster mobs now without that ability.

Bellycasting is a crucial classic EQ mechanic that makes things not so darn easy forcing you to stand next to a mob in melee range in order to land spells. This mechanic is currently completely taken out of the game and really should be put back in. It used to work on P99 for a decade, so I feel it can be fixed again someway somehow.

Jorlleag is currently still bugged on P99 servers. She has unlimited Mana regeneration so when its reported to enchanters that she has no more Mana to sieve, its irrelevant bc she regens enough between sieves to cast her spells anyway. She currently requires an insane amount of DPS to burn her down between a CH or she cannot be killed.

Gorenaire will suffer the same fate most likely, its very hard to test mana regen mechanics on her as a 32K dragon is much easier to burn down than Jorelleag.

Thank you for the attention on these crucial mechanical bugs, the fix for these are essential to the gameplay experience on Project1999 Green,Teal and Blue servers.
