Yesterday's BACK and BICEPS exercise really got me SWOLE.

I prayed to Jesus and Ali Baba and RECOMMITED MYSELF to the GAINS OF MARCH.

Yesterday night I smashed my left pinky toe against the ottoman of the new chair i put in my room. Isn't it funny that we've reduced a great Empire into a footstool? anyway, I think i'm going to lose the toenail. It hurts a lot in a little way but i'm glad it isn't broken.

Today I hope to make gains on my back and biceps. (bitches)

That's correct, Lulz. I have a small circle of friends since I just moved to a new city! I am happy to report it is growing.

I hope you find some inspiration in this thread to (be less fat and weak). I had a rough year healthwise last year and this is my open journal to keep myself motivated. And hopefully motivate some others, too
