Last Resort. This should only be a temporary fix. You should undo these changes after a day or two.
Go to C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc Open the file "hosts" in notepad. Add a line to the bottom of the file: 108.61.129.166 login.eqemulator.net If you have trouble with these steps you should probably wait it out and keep trying to flushdns.
