Looks like if pulled to the arena, he just stands in place and circles around, aka looks like his pathing is messed up.

Do you have a better location in the arena?

And does he circle around while chasing someone? Or is he trying to return to spawn point, i.e. lost aggro?

He was summoned to the arena via #summon from a guide. He was spinning in circles on his throne, presumably, from lost aggro.

If he was not aggro'd normally, then the AI triggers likely did not fire.

I will tinker with him.

He was spinning on his throne in room, so he was summoned to the arena, where he continued to spin. It seemed to be just a visual glitch, but he persisted doing it until someone got aggro again.
