That's levelist. There's tons of really great reasons to stay 42.

Level 42 is prime time with glorious future ahead. My live ranger peaked out around that level.

That said, I strife run 100% of time and did this the first day my maximum wisdom warrior woke up in gfay, dubiously to his own people as a rallos zek worshipper.

I still pop on occasionally to say hi. There is content there that can’t be realistically done on red or green. Growth clears and stuff. It’s still a fun place to hang out, even if not exclusively

If I didn't strafe run, I would likely only be level 41 and 3/4 by now. Most effective use of a second finger outside playtime with the wife.

pro tip trying using a fist or two both for eq and your wife/mom

I only strafe run when fighting players, but sometimes not even then. Sometimes I don't strafe run for hours. As I have jboots and snare.

Sometimes I let other players get to the rats first, and then buff them to help them fight the rats and let them take all the exp.

It's just the kind of trelf wizardess I want to be. I am so greatful I can be this way!
