Default Application Error

I have been playing fine now for over a month. Today I changed the EQ game from windowed to fullscreen. I exited the game and tried to log back in, but now I receive an application error after selecting the project 1999 server at the server select screen. It forces me to terminte the program.

I have tried hitting alt+enter to switch to windowed mode before entering the server, but this does nothing. Any ideas?

you could try blowing out your eqclient.ini or running that configuration app they got in the directory and set it down to a lower resolution and try again

this will effect your keybinds iirc but your toons' hotbars and other setups are in another area

Tried everything.
Only thing that worked is taking it out of "run as admin"

In your eqclient.ini which is in your Everquest main folder, search for this WindowedMode=FALSE and change it to true and see if that fixes your problem. As far as the issue with fullscreen, not too sure. Also, if that doesn't work for some reason try using WinEQ2. You could try messing with the settings for fullscreen in the [VideoMode] section of the ini. Just make a backup of your working one first.
