As a few have mentioned TAKP is a great server that is in Luclin currently. Both TAKP and P99 are great if you are looking to get your nostalgia on. I do not recommend p2002.

Casual Dreams (casualdreams.org) is another good emu server option if you want to see Luclin/PoP content. Its ruleset does a good job of balancing for solo/duo play without "auto-winning". Only way I wouldn't recommend it is if you want to play a healing or buffing role, as those have been relegated to potions and NPCs.
