There are plenty of other servers that allow boxing. You already know the answer to your question.

2-boxing for sure ain't enforced on Green, hehe. Like if I became a GM I could instantly ban at least a dozen 2-boxers instantly.

Ain't no GMs are oblivious to that shit. I would wage 75% of the CLR/ENC duos at level 50 are boxed. Especially in Lower Guk.

Yeah I would agree that its probably more prevalent than people think. I was in a group the other day where someone said they were leveling the Cleric character so they have a free Rez whenever they want it. When someone in the group asked how they’d do that without boxing the Cleric claimed they’d just have a friend or guildy log into the account to do it.

I don’t know that constant real time boxing is super prevalent, but I would bet good money that there are tons of people with rez or buff bots that just log in to buff/rez their other char and then log out again because that’s virtually impossible to prevent.

That said, I think the staff do the best they can to prevent boxing with the limited resources and time that they have to dedicate to the server. They definitely aren’t purposefully looking the other way on it.

Don't you think it would be more fun to let them progress a bit, so they are more attached to those chars before you get the dopamine release from banning them? It's not like the data goes away. I think you underestimate galach.

It's pretty funny how I've played SEVERAL other servers that allow 2-boxing, notably Imperium and Alternate EQ, and yet I keep coming back to p99. 2-boxing just takes away from the immersion and truly caring about every aspect of your toon. Plus this game is actually SOCIAL on p99. While OP's post is his opinion, I think the server numbers in comparison to other 2-box-allowed servers, including ones that aim to be as classic as possible, prove that this opinion is the minority.

Yeah multi-boxing is not enforced on green. if it were the server would be liked 75% banned. Every top guild gone. Anytime i see a duo, I watch em for a bit. Most of the time the 2 chars never move at the same time, spells cast on macros, Cast CH, /pause 110, Cast CH etc. Happens everywhere. I don't report em because if i could box I would.

Tons of people are playing 1 toon on their ISP, another toon on their phone hotspot.

But like every other game, the Devs cater to their most prominent players. Donate $1000 to P99, then try to get banned, it wont happen.
