Default Qeynos - NPCs stacking/standing in wrong spots etc

was in North Qeynos and a guy asked if I could see the guards. I said yes but he could not see them. He said all of the mobs were "stacking up" on eachother or something like that. I said strange, then proceeded to South Qeynos. Upon entering South Qeynos I started experiencing the same issue as him. NPCs all over the place in wrong spots ontop of eachother in clusters. Tried re-logging but same issues. At this point I still cant even find the bankers.

Well that is messed up.

Shouldnt do that. I know what is probably causing it. There is new code to scramble player locations when you zone in. So if they are using something like myseq, they wont get accurate info. Worked great in testing in many zones. And should not have been zone dependent.

Is it limitted to cities?

I have petitioned and opened a petition thread about this, hopefully i didnt put it in the wrong spot. But yes its not limited to citys. Confirmed in HHK, HHP, WC, Qeynos city (all parts) Qeynos hills and blackburrow having the issues as well.

Had the same think happen with the static Forest Giants in FV.

The Fort looked empty. I sat in range where they would normally prox aggro, with no results; However, if I went to the exact spot they would normally be I could get aggro and they would turn visible.

When they re-spawned, they were then visible and had correct prox aggro range.

Edit: After logging out for a while and coming back into the zone, the mobs would be invisible again until they had been killed and re-spawned.
