@nilbog can you detail the MR buff all shrooms near fungi king were given?

Lets not pretend this camp is anything remotely resembling classic.

Thanks in advance.

Your angry about highly resistant shrooms in Seb, meanwhile my guild just threw heaps of plat and lost hours of xp at a Sontalak that never existed in Velious. Do you see any of us making threads complaining about it? Nope. Because it presented a challenge that resembled aspects of classic.

The original devs would have made most of the same, or similar, changes if time had permitted. Were newbies intended to be running around with their epics equipped? Not according to McQuaid. It isn't epic if the twink just destroyed their *sword to make room for the MQ. The list goes on.

This is as classic as it gets and that is due the playerbase. Disagree? Email what devs are still alive and get their thoughts on the matter. But there are still a lot of changes that could be made based on dev intentions which weren't implemented due to tech limitations at the time.
The devs also wished they could have implemented instances back then too. This server isn't even as close to classic as it gets. It's just an attempt at trying to be classic. You want an actual classic server that has mechanics and code closer to the way EQ actually was? Head over to TAKP.

Found the guy who is salty about getting banned for stealing beads.

And citing things as they exist currently on live as evidence that P99 isn't classic? LOL

I do like that they ban offenders without hesitation or remorse there, but the multi-boxing is a major deterrent.

Never seen anything from the original devs suggesting this. Source?

Other than McQuaid saying he wanted select few instances in PRotF for epic type quests to further main storylines.
