Pathing Pets ghosting through dungeon walls, agroing additional mobs

Several times in the past week, ever since most recent pathing patch, my mage pet has ghosted through the wall and agroed a gigantic train. This has occurred at Avatar of Fear, Steel Golem and Gator Hotel in Cazic Thule as well as reports from guildmates of ghosting pets within Guk. This has occured about 6 times now over the course of 4 hours of exping requiring gating groupmates and resulting in several exp deaths. I'm not sure what has changed as this was not an issue before the patch 1 week ago.
