Unable to load character screen

I have been playing off and on all week and things are going good. Then my screen freezes and I can't even pull up task manager so I force reboot

Now after I login and select blue all is good until the loading bar gets to Loading Characters... Then it just stalls

I have firewall and antivirus turned off
And there have been no updates that I'm aware of

Clear out your logs in your EQ\Logs directory - I do this by moving all log files to a new subdirectory, e.g. EQ\Logs\Archived. Run chkdsk /f and sfc /scannow in command prompt on your hard drives. If the issue still persists, do a new install of Titanium.
