Quest Issue: The Bones of Darak Lightforge

I couldn't find the ground spawn for Dusty Old Skull inside Meldrath's room. I couldn't find any information to when this quest should be enabled on Green but Diggs Duggun is in game and he did give me A Dusty Old Leg Bone. Based on that I am operating under the assumption the quest should be and has been enabled on Green.

As for Dusty Old Skull, I checked Meldrath's room on several occasions and didn't find any ground spawns laying around. I didn't run into any other paladins coming or going to get it either. Unless old Meldrath was picking it up, I believe it to be bugged.

I can confirm this is working as I just completed the quest and received my spell.
