Bullying is kind of okay on games like WOW because it's skill based, and account-wide ignores exist, and it is backed up by skill. If you want to talk shit on WoW you better be able to back it up with a /duel, and you are not going to be able to get into a good guild if you arent actually able to perform. Like some of the worst players ive ever met on p99 are in the best guilds.

It's kind of crazy.

The WoW population probably don't call you out on your shit threads though.

It's always the people that act like massive asshats that always have to look over their shoulder 24/7. Try be decent to people and you won't have to worry about CSR.
