Game Mechanics: Blacksmithing - Banded Armor Trivials Reverted

Blacksmithing banded armor trivials appear to have been reverted to the state they were before a 2013 thread where they were supposedly patched:

I can confirm small banded boots and gauntlets are not at the trivials the thread said they would be. It looks like Nilbog updated a lot of the blacksmithing trivials in a series of patch fixes that I guess did not propagate to Green.
