If you have both books for book of scale and not evil are you screwed? Oh and no DE mask (half elf pally). How can you get these turned in?

No you are not.
You don't need faction or a Guise in order to get a combine from Rysva To`Biath - Just the plat. Getting to her however, will require a couple invis potions, or some assistance from a class with access to invis (though she's not that far inside).
You don't even need to have both books on your toon, the turn-in can be MQ'ed and the final product (Book of Scale) is tradeable. Just remember to bring 1,000 platinum pieces with you (The toon that turns in the plat will receive the book).


PS: Don't take everything you read on the Wiki for granted.
