This is incorrect. Just like KC, CB, HK, COM are all outdoors but considered dungeons because that’s really what they are. They are not outdoor zones for purposes of the rules IIRC and anyone trying to pull that argument in game is just a loser

Unrest is an outdoor zone. You only get 1 mob.

XP in The Warrens until the throne room area greens out. Its far better ZEM and you'll have the faction for a Hole key on your way out.

Warrens --> Perma --> CT is the god tier lvl 5-43 path.

I like to camp hag tower and pull mobs from hand room through the fireplace group. They get double triggered because 1-they think the mobs belong to them, and 2-because I have the audacity to pull through their camp, flaunting my "theft" of their mobs.
