Default At what amount do saves start to get noticeable?

Saves vs fire, cold, magic etc.

Itemization and the fact they start so low seems to indicate that even 50 - 80 save values should be significant, but is this actually the case?

At what amount do they really have a noticeable affect on resists?

80+ is very noticeable when a green/blue casts on you
120+ for a white
150+ for a yellow
200+ for a red

This is just my experience as a bard who likes to get nuked and as always the higher the better. And even with 255 MR/FR/CR you still won’t resist everything.

For raid mobs you might as well say 255 or gtfo and even then a lot of us feel its not as effective here as a max resist stat was in era. And raiding is basically the only time you're stacking resists. So get ready to feel like that 150 MR on dragon fear doesn't mean jack shit.
