Default Board Games....

Gimme more suggestions for our game/wine nights!! What's your favorite board game?!?! Here's our current stash! Many are not visible since they are hiding out in the shadows of other games!! I need 1 new warm up game option, and 1 main event game option, and 1, 2 player game option would be great too! Go go goooo!

The photos with the zoom in are real good on that ad, it's basically monopoly in space, so kinda a one trick pony. But it's the first thing that popped into my head and least of all you can look at the pictures [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Played this game WAY too much when I was a kid. So fun.

Here's a video of grown men playing it:

I played Crossbows and Catapults (much like the above game) before I got into Warhammer as a child.

After moving in from warhammer it was Risk, and later Diplomacy we used to play after coming home from the bar.

In terms of board games, I heard Talisman is pretty fun. That might appeal to a mmorpfg fan?

Ooo we tried to play Diplomacy at a previous board game night. For the record- Terrible game to play hours into wine/game night. We were all a little too zooted to understand the rules, and none of us took it seriously... But that games deserved a legitimate attempt soon. Thank you for reminding me Jimmy Jamm
