Anyone know for sure if this NPC is in game on green server? I went out there to buy some mage spells a couple days ago and she wasn't there. I assumed at the time that someone decided she might be good XP and killed her but at level 16 I didn't want to stick around very long to see if she would repopulate. Now, I really need some spells that only she has so I would like to know if it's worth the trip out to the middle of OoT again or not?

People have been charming her and using her against seafuries (if I've interpreted the RnF section correctly). Hopefully, if you ask in OOC whoever has her will let you vendor with her.

Is repopulate actually what repop is short for? I never thought about it but makes sense.
