Upper Guk ancient croc spawn bugged out?

PHs or the ac himself havnt spawned all day? Is there something that can be done to fix this? Does the server have to be reset to fix it? How does this happen? Thanks in advance

i recall this breaking a few times in the past, usually a GM would reset it.
