Training or no?

Lets break down training. In my experience training was literally taking the mobs to somebody else and flopping them, be it intentional or not. Now I have a few other scenarios for yes or no answers:

A.) You are training out of a zone, nobody there, you either flop at zoneline or you zone out, they zone in and die to the mobs that are still there. Is that training or no?

B.) You are fighting mobs and another player comes up and starts attacking you, you flop and try to run off.

C.) You are FD at a camp and a person comes up and gets agro n the stuff at the camp, they then hit you to break your fd, then fd and drop the mobs they just agro at the very camp onto you.
