Game Mechanics: Death from NPC not granting Full Mana.

Died several times in Lower Guk to NPC's.
Sometimes on death I would respawn with full mana.
Sometimes on death I would respawn with 20% mana.
I believe the system to determine if your death is PvP related may be screwed up.
Also I no longer notice PvP death buff on my char when being killed by players. Was bind camped in OOT yesterday and I was not seeing the buff on me like I used to be able to see.

from my experience of deaths. you respawn back with however much mana you had when you died. if you where fm, respawn with fm, oom, respawn oom, had 40% ya respawn with 40%. that or what ever % the mana you had is before ya died, to how much you have naked. i will have to check that later and see which it is.

I know for PvE, IE: P99 Blue. If a mob kills you, you go to your bind full mana, so I would assume the same here on R99. I would think if a Player kills you, you go back to your spawn oom(or whatever mana you were at) So the question then becomes, on R99 if a NPC kills you, are you suppose to go to bind with full mana or whatever mana you were at or 0?
