When I see someone roll a human I just shake my head like who actually rolls human? People literally wait until Kunark to roll monks because that's how much they don't want to be human.

What are you going to do roleplay your way into divorce or bankruptcy? Be a racist? Go around Norrath dancing on OBS?

Most people are trendy. There is nothing wrong with human monks or human SK’s. Humans also don’t have a broken 2hs swing animation. 8hp/tick standing regen for a 20% xp penalty? What a deal…

Granted I've only ever played troll in illusion form on my enchanters, but I they think look pretty cool and have some nice animations. That's why I'm glad I picked pally for my knight, much less agonizing race selection.

In terms of flavor, human allows for the purest version of any given class. It is what it is and nothing else. Also, in a fantasy setting, anything unremarkable/mundane creates an interesting contrast.
