I can't go through the whole list, but I try to use every key that's within easy reach obviously. I have 3 keys e, f and g bound to hotbuttons, the rest I click manually. So on my enchanter main that's pet attack, wand of glamor for the gcd reset and ring of stealthy travel for invis. I use number keys 1-8 for spells, 7 and 8 are for spells with longer cooldowns and 2-6 are my more frequented used spells. I use t for title menu and ~ for cycle between last two targets, which is a pretty useful bind that not everyone knows about.

Q turn left, w step forward, e turn right
A step left, s step backward, d step right, f fight
X crouch, c consider

I unbind anything involving these keys and ctrl to prevent accidental sits, disbands, camps, etc.

9 is bound to sot and hotkey 9 (which is usually sense heading or a macro containing sense heading).

Unbind alt9 to prevent accidentally glitching out the spell bar attempting to memorise into slot 9. Ctrl u is use and hail (helpful combined with ctrl click for spamming quest hand ins).
