brilliant troll writing or supreme idiocy.

He's referenced ozone a couple times now and I'm thinking it might be kind of a big deal to him that people think 03 is harmless instead of toxic.

Hot bath mineral soaks and supplementation. Already on that!

I am cautious about the supplements I take and do take complex B vitamins. As well as folic acid. I am not swimming in them all the time however. I do allow periods of abstinence rather than aiming for 100% of my RDI.

My brain has been jello for 2-3 days now and I really need it to be functional atm. Oh, right. Nicotine withdrawal.

Cool

learned that brains are mostly fat and excellent sources of energy (for carnivores/omnivores). Not surprising considering they use so much energy.

I have run a caloric deficit for over a year now. I hate how sluggish I feel when running caloric surplus. It's possible that I made things worse if my brain isn't able to replenish its own fat supply sufficiently, I guess.

I believe the overall effect is minimal however.

Caffeine has mixed effects on short term memory from what I can tell.

I may have to seriously cut back on the four cups a day I consume.

I'm confused [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] Is this too much? Too little? It's like 320mg / day.
