Lodi spawn broken - RED SERVER

I have only been back on the server for a few weeks, but have friends in both active/opposing guilds. Both of them said they haven't seen Lodi spawn in a long time so figured it was worth petitioning. They both have active trackers and nothing in weeks [You must be logged in to view images.
