Game Mechanics: Bind Wound

Issue: My bind wound on the character Tornaire is stuck at 100. I've sunk in over 12 stacks of bandages and this skill will not budge in the slightest. Tornaire is a level 23 Iksar Warrior. It is probably closer to stacks of bandages but no less than 8 for sure.

Backstory: The first character I made with the name Tornaire on this server was a necromancer that made it to level 5 and was deleted in favor of the warrior. Also made the warrior twice with the same name to pump points in at the character select differently.

What say you? I know bind wound slows down terribly above 150 but it hasn't even gone up one point since it capped at 100.

Pretty sure that 100 is the pre-51 cap for Warrior. My 48 Warrior has had bind wounds at 100 since his 20s.
