I feel like this only really applies to CT. I know people do level in Splitpaw, but I tried to find a group there on 5 different characters, and never had a successful experience. I think one grouped managed to kill stuff for 45 minutes before a train wiped us and everyone dispersed.

Runnyeye, Permafrost, Kedge etc. are always empty, and Beholder's was always empty enough for me to easily level there without having issues with over-crowding. I've never seen anyone leveling in Sol A either, and I've spent a lot of time farming that zone for plat.

ZEM is cool and all, but it doesn't over-come bad dungeon design. I feel like turning Lower Guk into a leveling zone again would make the game a lot more fun to play, and would also expose a lot of boxers and exploiters who monopolize the zone.

Mith still one of the best haste items for charm pets. Tiara is still one of the best head slot items i the game even trhough velious and great twik item too. Hand will still be camped for rings. Noble maybe for necklaces for raiding population. Sup and supplier willstill prolly be camped. Easy camps with decent items for drops.

Long story short, guk will still have a decent population through most of kunark.
