Naming Problems on Red

I have a tendency to cycle through the same few character names. I have active characters with these names on both Blue and Green, but when I try to create characters with the same names on Red they are rejected. All of my characters with these names on Green and Blue are on the same account that I'm using to try to make characters on Red.
