Default Green or Blue

Is there a benefit to choose green over blue or vice versa since they are both in velious stage?

Blue is the longest running P99 server. It is a bit "looser" with their adherence to classic EverQuest. It has a slightly lower population than green at the moment.

Green is the most recent P99 server and has been active since 2019. It attempts to be more true to the original vision of the game, and that mostly revolves around being limited to the Velious UI, limited access to hotbars, etc.

Eventually, Green will fuse with Blue, but that is just a concept at this point. There is no set timeline for when that may happen.

If starting new just go blue, green is at same point in time line but has worse qol features/nod.

Also blue has cheaper items and lots of people willing to help new players [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

if you plan to solo a lot, blue. if you would prefer to group more often, green.
