Default We need a serious discussion about item loot.

Now that population is picking up and we have a dev actually working on the server. I am very much in favor of +/-4 levels and 1 item loot + coin. Regular old school classic no drop rules apply.

Lets do this! It will change the very landscape of the server and bring meaning to bringing down people with fungis.

Maybe flag items like fungi's, manastones, and epics, as lootable from bag slots.

I'm for it, but I feel that it would be best introduced on a fresh server. The thought of losing the wurmscale coat I just got makes me almost physically ill. I'm spoiled, but if I started out on a server with item loot, it would just be "the way".

i've barely played either red or blue in the last month or two. i've been antisocial, still replaying through a series of old one player RPGs.

my red paladin Madriax is currently level 18ish, camped in West Karana. i'm starting to get the EQ bug again, probably gonna get into some P99 more often in the near future... especially if Velious and/or Teams comes out soon.

Item loot was retarded on RZ and it would be even more retarded here. You think it will add to the PVP experience but instead it makes everyone run around in shitty gear and gate at the first sign of trouble.

There is a reason they took it out on RZ.
