Spells: Not regenerating mana

if you are thirsty (out of water) there is your problem.

Stupid? question.. Are you using your new level 19 spell, Frenzy by any chance?

I am actually... to @Samwise, logging/zoning didnt seem to help. Its sporadic ill see my self bounce from 20%-24% then back to 20 a tick

So i clicked off frenzy and am now gaining mana again, does that stop mana regeneration or is it a bug?
