Default JBoots MQ.
Quest Issue: JBoots.

Got a JBoots MQ. MQ'er turned in ring first, and i turned in money and rapier. However Hasten did not give any reward to either me or the MQ'er.

@ Thulack: I turned in 325 pp. I have done that many times before but never on P1999 so perhaps i just fucked up.
