Default Dead Man Floating

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this question, but I have recently returned to the game and whenever I cast dmf on myself or others, I don't really notice any change. The spell works because I can walk on water, but I don't get the floating (bobbing up and down) animation. Am I just bugged somehow, or was this animation removed?

Nah, the framerate is fine. What's weird is that I just realized that when playing in windowed mode, if I have winamp or something overtop of the EQ window, I see the bobbing, but if EQ is on top it doesn't happen.

It's your framerate. Cap it at 99/100. If you lower it more, you will see more bobbing. It bobs when EQ is not in focus because the game automatically caps your frame rate if it is only active in the background
